To guarantee a 100% chance of getting a date with Shizuka, you need to have 15 Science skill points.I needed 5 points (40% chance of a date), but she might not agree to a date on the first try.
It's also important to avoid stress, otherwise your chances of getting a date will decrease.
You can increase your chances of her consent by taking the omikuji from the temple (keep in mind that it can give you both good and bad luck)

Upon reaching 30 affection points with Shizuka, she will offer food she's prepared when talking to her.
The food is very filling, but has a 50% chance of poisoning the player. Microwaving it makes it 100% safe.
There's a chance that if Shizuka asks a question that she's already asked before, you won't get any sympathy points, and if you answer incorrectly, they'll still be taken away.
I don't know if it's a bug or not. I restarted the game, but it didn't help. So, it took me a long time to increase my score from 28 to 35 because they didn't want to give it to me.
Reaching 35 affection points with Shizuka gives you absolutely nothing. I advise you to earn up to 30 points, don't keep pursuing her beyond that, you'll be wasting your time.
