[RUS]Чтобы исправить эту ошибку нужно перейти в библиотеку стим и нажать ПКМ на Garry's Mod.
Перейти в свойства, нажать обновления. Отключаем синхронизацию steam cloud.
И обязательно переустановить Garrys' Mod. И также не забываем что переустанавливать Garry's Mod нужно не удаляя в стиме, а перейдя в (C:SteamsteamappscommonGarrysmod) и удаляем эту папку 'Букву диска ставите на ту где у вас стоит игра'

To fix this error, go to the Steam library and press the RMB on Garry's Mod
Go to Properties, click Update. Disable synchronization of the steam cloud.
And be sure to reinstall Garry's Mod. And also do not forget that you need to reinstall Garry's Mod without removing it from the incentive, and go to (C: Steam steamapps common Garrysmod) and delete this folder 'Put the drive letter on the one where you have the game'
