Сделано это для того, чтобы ты смог скоординировать дату и время для сетевых гонок с другими игроками.
ПС: для начала есть пару мест на роль админа (соавтора), для более эффективной работы и подмены, если меня не будет по каким нибудь причинам.

This is done in order so you can coordinate a date and time for network races with other players.
