Я нашел его на локации Кислотные топи.I found it at the location called Acid swamp.
Отправляясь туда учтите,что радиация и мутанты не дадут вам заскучать.Going to this place note that the radiation and the mutants will not let you get bored.
Подходим к месту,указанному на картинке.Come to the place indicated on the picture.
Идем в направлении,куда смотрит мой персонаж.Go in the direction my character looks.

Около пятна крови будет лежать большой зеленый мутант с топором в спине.Обыщите его,у него в инвентаре должен быть заветный шлем.

Я нашел шлем ПОСЛЕ прохождения сюжета.Возможно,он будет лежать там раньше,но я не проверял.I found a helmet AFTER passing the story.Perhaps he would lie there before,but I haven't checked.
