Read the following instruction carefully before sending a request of Administrator Trade Process!
CHECK ITEM PROCESS:
1) Official Admin will check out both traders. If they seem okay, we can proceed.
2) Invite the Official Admin to a group chat with the traders .
3) Both parties should tell the conditions of the trades about.
4) Official Admin will personally give you his/her trade offer link to ask the items to be check .
5) After checking in 2-3 minutes the Official Admin will inform you for completion.
6) If completed the check items will return directly to its owner, the trade is completed!
CASH TRADE PROCESS:
1) Official Administrator will check out both buyer and seller. If they seem okay, we can proceed.
2) Invite the Official Administrator to a group chat with the trader.
3) Both parties tell me the conditions of the trade(what is being traded, how much money, how is it happening) and both confirm it so nothing goes wrong.
4) Seller trades the item to Official Administrator he will hold your item for your security.
5) Buyer sends the money
6) Seller confirms he has received the money
7) If yes, Official Administrator will send the item to the buyer, the trade is completed!

User who didn't abide the rules that is inappropriate, attempted fraud or unrelated to a community hub can be reported by clicking the Official Administrator List
There is a Zero-Tolerance policy for any violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Online Code of Conduct. All accounts in a user's possession for any of the following activities will be suspended:
Piracy or HackingThis includes using an unauthorized ("hacked") Steam client to access Steam.
Payment FraudAny fraudulent credit card use, credit card chargebacks, or Paypal chargebacks.
Redeeming Fraudulent GiftsNever accept a gift from an unknown user. Any accounts tied to a redeemed gift from a fraudulent source may be suspended.
Hijacking or Sharing AccountsDo not use Steam accounts which you did not create.
Account "Phishing" and Deliberately Deceptive ActivityThis includes contacting other users outside of Steam or over the Friends network under a misleading screen name or e-mail address and requesting password or account information.
Buying, Selling, or Trading AccountsAccounts which have been bought, sold or traded will be suspended.
Bans, Repeat Offenders & Ban Evasion
There are currently a few different types of bans, depending on the nature of the rules violated:Warning (No ban)
1 day ban
3 day ban
1 week ban
1 month ban
Permanent (hub) ban
Community (global) ban
To improve the safety of game-related trading. Through the help of trusted volunteers and community admins, it has grown into the most popular scam prevention tool for Steam trading. Steam or other communities decided to ban you for scamming or fraud.
So I get 4 chances before a permanent ban?
No, this list only illustrates the types of bans used on these Discussions; Certain offenses (including, but not limited to, discussing piracy) will receive permanent bans immediately.
On the other hand a warning might be given out depending on the situation.
What's the difference between a Permanent ban and a Community ban?
A Permanent ban will block you from using the Discussions area, a Community ban will block most of the Community features except chat, accepting/denying invites and joining groups.
What is a repeat offender?
Repeat offenders are people who continue to break the above rules and guidelines after being warned or previously banned. This will result in a ban from the Steam Community.
Ban Evasion
Creating alternate accounts to get around this will result in a Community ban as well.

Îáðàòèòå âíèìàíèå ñêîëüêî ó íåãî â ïðîôèëå èãð, à òàê æå ñêîëüêî íàèãðàííûõ ÷àñîâ. Åñëè ê âàì äîáàâëÿåòñÿ ïîëüçîâàòåëü ñ 5 ÷àñàìè â TF2 è íå èìåþùåãî èãð íà àêêàóíòå, òî ñêîðåå âñåãî ýòî ìîøåííèê. Îáû÷íî ó òàêèõ ïðîôèëåé ëèáî íåò âåùåé, ëèáî âåùè âîðîâàííûå.
Îáÿçàòåëüíî àäìèíèñòðàòîð ïðîâåðüòå åãî ïðîôèëü íà ñàéòå
Êàê çàùèòèòü ñâîé àêêàóíò?!
Ìîçãè. Áóäü âíèìàòåëåí è íå òûêàé âñ¸ ïîäðÿä.
Àíòèâèðóñ. Çàùèòèò îò ìíîãèõ âðåäîíîñíûõ ïðîãðàìì è âèðóñîâ.
Äîâåðèå. Íå äîâåðÿéòå íèêîìó, âåäü âàø äðóã ìîæåò áûòü óæå âçëîìàí.
Steam Guard. Íèêîãäà íå îòêëþ÷àéòå åãî.
Íå ðåêîìåíäóþ ñòàâèòü ãàëî÷êè "Ñîõðàíèòü ïàðîëü" òåìáîëåå â Steam.

Íèêîãäà íå õðàíèòå ïàðîëè íà êîìïüþòåðå. Ëó÷øå âñåãî çàïèñàòü â áëîêíîòèê.
Âîò òèïè÷íûé ïðèìåð ìîøåííèêà. Ðàçâîäèò íà äåíüãè.
Íà òàêèõ è æàëîáó íàêëåïàòü ìîæíî, èáî òàêèõ íóæíî èñêîðåíÿòü èç steam.
Ïîâòîðþñü. àäìèíèñòðàòîð òî òîëüêî îäèí èç ïîêàçàòåëåé íàä¸æíîñòè ïîëüçîâàòåëÿ. Ïðîâåðÿéòå âñåõ. Îñîáåííî òåõ,
Steam òåì, ÷òî ïîêóïàÿ âåùè ó âàñ òàì áàíÿò. Äàæå åñëè íà âàñ íå áûëî æàëîá. Åñëè ïîëüçîâàòåëü çàáàíåí íà steam, "View reports" (ñàìè æàëîáû), è äåëàéòå âûâîäû.
